Blood was drawn from an 8 week old naive B6 mouse. PBMC was isolated following histopaque gradient. After washing the PBMC with FACS buffer, the cells were treated with PE anti-mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) antibody at a dilution of 1:100 for 20 min on ice. After 20 min incubation the cells were washed 3 times with FACS buffer and was ready for acquisition.

About 38% of the total mouse PBMC was identified as CD127+ cells
Good FACS antibody.
The separation is not great.
