Good BioLegend PerCP Anti-Mouse/Human CD44 Antibody

We are interested in studying changes in the immune system during metabolic perturbations. Using diet and genetic models, we perform flow cytometric analyses to fine characterize immune cell functional and phenotypic alterations at the level of protein expression. This PerCP anti-mouse/human CD44 Antibody stains CD44, an adhesion molecule involved in leukocyte attachment to and rolling on endothelial cells, homing to peripheral lymphoid organs and to the sites of inflammation, and leukocyte aggregation.
