Chloride intracellular channel (CLIC) proteins belong to a family of highly conserved transport proteins found as both soluble and membrane-bound forms. In our lab we used this antibody for Western blots. I found this antibody worked well and gives very clear and crisp band of 46 kDa. This antibody can be used for wide variety of samples such as human, rat, mouse, rabbit, and horse. I have used for human and mice origin samples.
