I have used this antibody for immunocytochemistry. Our results were very good. See the representative image.
Immunofluorescence
RAW264.7
Antibody dilution: 1:50. overnight at 4 degree celcius
3% BSA for Incubate slides for 30 minutes at room temp (RT)
TRITC-conjugated antibody (1:5000) at RT for 45 mins.
Confocal microscopy was performed with a Zeiss LSM 510 Pascal or Zeiss LSM710 confocal microscope.
Our lab use this antibody. I have used and it worked very well. see the image.

I don`t see any problem using this. it may be because the standard lab procedure.
I found this antibody is good and I would recommend for immuno-fluorescence.
