I am working with a multiplex immunofluorescence technique in which you can stain one single tissue section with more than 100 antibodies. I have a portfolio of more than 2000 different antibodies and have generated over 100,000 immunofluorescence images. I supervise several projects in which we stain different tissue samples, e.g., skin (melanoma, psoriasis), tumor, spleen, etc. For this experiment, our lab was interested in the investigation of the activation of ADAM proteases and their substrates (Notch) in inflammatory skin diseases like psoriasis.
