I am working with a multiplex immunofluorescence technique in which you can stain one single tissue section with more than 100 antibodies. I have a portfolio of more than 2000 different antibodies and have generated over 100,000 immunofluorescence images. I supervise several projects in which we stain different tissue samples, e.g., skin (melanoma, psoriasis), tumor, spleen, etc. In this project, the pathogenesis of melanoma was investigated. With the MELC technology, we analyzed protein expression profiles in nevi and melanomas. Here we focused on the CD81expression.
