I am working with a multiplex immunofluorescence technique in which you can stain one single tissue section with more than 100 antibodies. I have a portfolio of more than 2000 different antibodies and have generated over 100,000 immunofluorescence images. I supervise several projects in which we stain different tissue samples, e.g., skin (melanoma, psoriasis), tumor, spleen, etc. In this project, the different phenotypes of immune cells in murine skin and lymph node were investigated. These immune cells were attracted and activated by injected extracellular vesicles from mature murine dendritic cells. CD64 was one of many marker in our analysis.
