I have used this product for many experiments isolating RNA from mouse white adipose tissue. I obtain much good, high-quality RNA. I then take the RNA and make cDNA and run qPCR to interrogate gene expression.

I have utilized this kit many times to isolate RNA from mouse white adipose tissue. This kit is easy-to-use and you obtain nice high-quality RNA. You just need to make sure you don't use too much tissue in your isolation or you can mess up the Qiazol partitioning.
