My research focusses on Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILCs). To identify these cells using flow cytometry, we use several surface markers as well as transcription factor stainings. This experiment involved staining of mouse lymphocytes using anti-mouse TCRb Brilliant Violet 510 clone H57-597 from BioLegend. The staining is bimodal.
