My research focusses on Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILCs). To identify these cells using flow cytometry, we use several surface markers as well as transcription factor stainings. This experiment involved staining of mouse lymphocytes using anti-mouse NKp46 Brilliant Violet 605 clone 29A1.4 from BioLegend. The staining is bimodal and bright.
