My research focusses on Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILCs). To identify these cells using flow cytometry, we use several surface markers as well as transcription factor stainings. This experiment involved staining of mouse lymphocytes using anti-mouse DNAM1 PE-Cy7 clone 10E5 from BioLegend. The staining is bimodal and very bright.
