My research focusses on Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILCs). To identify these cells using flow cytometry, we use several surface markers as well as transcription factor stainings. For this experiment, staining of mouse splenocytes using anti-mouse CD25 Brilliant Violet 650 clone PC61 from BioLegend is bimodal and bright.
