This antibody is very specific and easy to establish. It gives clear and sharp western blot bands. It also works for immunocytochemistry of neonatal microglia (1:500 in PBS, blocked with 3% BSA).

Few very weak unspecific bands in low kDa range
I certainly recommend this antibody for detection fo NLRP3 by WB or ICC.
