Our group works on delineating the underlying mechanisms of rheumatoid arthritis, with a special interest in the involvement of fibroblasts in facilitating the inflammatory response in the synovium. We work closely together with clinicians, as well as national and international collaborators, and my work is focused on investigating this in humans. This EpCAM antibody gave bright staining even at the dilution 1/1500 when used on acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections (human gut).
