Human osteosarcoma cells were incubated with 20 μM D609 for 30 min prior to treatment with 10 μM LPA to estimate COX-2 expression using Western blot analysis. D609 was ineffective against LPA-induced COX-2 expression while other inhibitors showed inhibition.
