Product Name:

Anti-β-Tubulin Antibody

Catalog Number:

05-661

Our lab studies the role of mTOR signaling in CD8 T cell differentiation and function. mTOR signaling controls the metabolic programming of T cells. We wanted to determine segregation of proteins in daughter cells; therefore, we use a tubulin bridge as a means to identify dividing cells.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Additional Notes

Make sure you perform staining with any rat antibodies before mouse otherwise there is cross-reactivity between secondary anti-mouse to rat antibodies
