Our lab has a study of T cell involved in a mouse influenza infection model. One of our determined targets is CD5 and we wanted an antibody that was bright and did not spill over into other channels.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
