In our lab we are studying the role of T cells in a mouse influenza infection model. We are interested in locating and studying activated T cells and thus use CD25 as a marker for this. We chose this antibody because it is very bright.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
