Tips

Dilute 10 fold to make 1x working solution, keep the stock at 4C

Results Summary

When staining proteins like transcription factors which are located inside nucleus, if permeabilization is not efficient, the staining does not work or the wash is not complete. This permeabilization solution can help to avoid such problem
