Results Summary

In my case, geneticin at 50 ug/mL kills my cells very slowly. I started to see a lot of death 3 days after adding the compound. But it kills most of the negative cells in 5 to 7 days.

Geneticin selection is one of my favorite selection methods because it is not too harsh to the cells like puromycin which kills most cells overnight and can be tricky for sensitive cells.
