Summary

The Good

The rotor lid is very easy and quick to attach and detach from the rotor

The Bad

The latch for the lid is not very durable - it has broken twice already on our centrifuge

The Bottom Line

We have multiple bench-top centrifuges in the lab. This centrifuge is nice because the lid for the rotor is a very easy to secure and to remove. We currently use this centrifuge in our cold room. The only problem we have had with this centrifuge is the latch for the lid. This part has broken twice already, however it was not terribly hard to fix.
