My research focuses on the role of the immune system in regulating blood glucose. In this experiment, mouse white adipose tissue was lysed and ran on a gel. SDHA expression was evaluated as a surrogate for mitochondria levels in the tissue.

This is a great antibody for the detection of SDHA. You just need to be careful and dilute down the antibody concentration. If you use too much antibody, you can bleach your western membrane.
