It is polyclonal so somtimes it will give multiple bands

The Bottom Line

This is a good antibody to detect UCP-1 expression in mouse white adipose tissue. It has been used in the literature in multiple papers. However since it is polyclonal, the antibody will give multiple bands sometimes.
