Our lab is studying T Cell signaling during differentiation and what pathways are critical to driving different cell fates. We use this product to isolate CD4+ T Cells from mouse splenocytes in order to perform numerous downstream applications following activation.

We typically get 80-110 million cells from a single spleen and using this kit we are able to isolate a population of approximately 10 million CD4+ T Cells.
