We used the TUBB3 antibody to stain for enteric neurons in a primary mouse ENS culture to visualize the number of neurons and their fibers.

1:2000, O/N incubation at 4C
4% Donkey serum in 0.5% Triton X-100/PBS
Donkey anti-rabbit Alexa 488 (Thermofisher 1:1000), incubated for 2h at 4C
Mounted using Citifluor

The TUBB3 antibody nicely stained the neuronal cell bodies and also the fibers. We could confirm that enteric neurons were present in our culture.
