I use this NuPAGE™ LDS Sample Buffer (4X) to prepare samples for SDS gel electrophorosis. The results are not as perfect as one would expect.

The results using this loading is OK. Most of the time we can get nice separated bands.
Convenient as it is ready to use
4x concentration is lower than home-made SDS loading dye
If you use the invitrogen system, probably it's recommended to use this sample buffer, but I don't really like it.
