Our lab is interested in studying the role of inflammatory kinases as a therapeutic target. We perform ELISA and western blot assays to determine the role and pro-inflammatory status of macrophages in response to pharmacological inhibition of these kinases. This stable reagent is easy to use for qPCR. Just follow instructions and it works as long as your template cDNA is well prepared.

RNA from raw macrophages were isolated and RT into cDNA. The template plus primers were mixed with the BioRAD qPCR master mix.
Optimize cDNA concentrations and yield
Works well, reliable and easy to use. The mixture is a little viscous so pipette slowly to ensure proper amount is dispersed.
