In our studies we are interested in T cells and their function and involvement in viral infection clearance. We do the majority of our assays with T cells, so we need a reliable CD3 marker so we know we have selected the correct population for all our analysis. We chose this antibody because it separates well and isn't too overwhelmingly bright.
