Our lab is interested in the function of different T cells before and after viral infection. We need to have a reliable CD8 marker to differentiate CD8 cells from the other cells in our single cell suspension. In order to analyze downstream characteristics of CD8 cells we use this antibody.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
