Clone Number:

I used this antibody detect CD4+IL-17+ Th1 cells by flow cytometry. Total splenocytes were stimulated with PMA ionomycin + brefeldin A for 4 h and cells were fixed/permeabilized, and stained with CD4 and IL-17 antibodies for flow cytometry analysis.
