I used this antibody detect CD4+IL-4+ Th2 cells by flow cytometry. Total splenocytes were stimulated with PMA ionomycin + brefeldin A for 4 hr and cells were fixed/permeabilized, and stained with CD4 and IL-4 antibodies for flow cytometry analysis.
