Nur77 is a marker for T-cell antigen receptor signaling. I used this antibody to detect Nur77 expression in Foxp3+ regulatory T-cells vs Foxp3- effector T-cells by flow cytometry upon TCR stimulation with anti-CD3/CD28 monoclonal antibodies. This antibody stained well and could differentiate distinct TCR-activated populations.

This antibody was sensitive enough to differentiate TCR-activated regulatory T-cells and Teff cells when used in combination with Foxp3. I got clear distinct populations.
