We investigate how alterations in RAS and STAT3 signaling pathways affect the tumor stroma and immune microenvironment in pancreatic cancer. This kit was used to detect the IL6 level in serum from treated mice. The whole process was about 7 hours including sample preparation.

Samples are in duplicates. 100ul of serum were diluted in 1:2 with diluent provided by the kit. Incubation time was 2 hours at RT after adding serum, 2 hours (at RT) after IL6 conjugate, and 30min in dark (at RT) after substrate.
Assay Diluent RD1-14 could be cloudy. Make sure to vortex it before use.
The kit detects as low as picograms of IL6.
