Our lab is interested in studying the role of inflammatory kinases as a therapeutic target. We perform Elisa and western blot assays to determine the role and pro inflammatory status of macrophages in response to pharmacological Inhibition of these kinases. This antibody works every time and will detect even at low dilutions which makes a little antibody go a long way!

This works every time and has a good detection. Just make sure the protein has transferred to the membrane before probing. This antibody works for most blocking and most tissue samples I have ever used with it.
