This rabbit polyclonal antibody against CAND1 works great. It always gives a super bright band, and there is no non-specific band. Probably the abundance of CAND1 is quite high in the cell; the signal is usually very strong.

Results Summary

With this antibody, you can detect a band at about 120 kDa molecular weight. When I load 10 µg total protein of lysate, I can always detect a very bright band, even when the exposure time is only 1 second. There is no non-specific band detected. This band disappears in samples from CAND1 knockout cells.
