This dish was used to attach recombinant protein to the surface and then perform inverted confocal microscopy. Worked perfectly to replicate plastic TC treatment without drawbacks of glass.

Product was treated with recombinant endothelial protein for 24 hours at 10 µg/mL in PBS. Cells were then grown on the dish as normal, and then were stained with antibodies using a normal IF protocol.
ph+ uses more reagent than non-pH+. Needs specific oil for imaging
