Product Name:

CD39 Biotin

Catalog Number:

This antibody was difficult to optimize for flow cytometry. Here, we attempted to stain blood and spleen macrophages for CD39 expression. We tried live and post fixed cells. Live cells gave low signal and high background, whereas fixed cells gave almost no signal.
