Our research program involves profiling of lymphocytes in spleen and tumors. To detect T-helper and Reg cells from spleen and tumor samples, we stained these samples with anti-CD4 antibody. This antibody worked really well in separating T-helper and T-Reg cells from T-cytotoxic cells with no difficulty in optimization.
