I am profiling lymphocytes in spleen and tumors. To detect CD3-positive lymphocytes, we used anti-CD3 PerCP/cy.5.5 antibody from spleen and tumor samples. Stain of these samples with anti-CD3 produced two distinct populations; one with high-CD3 and other one with Low-CD3. This antibody works really well and produces great results with no difficulty in optimization.

This antibody produces great results in separating CD3-positive T-lymphocytes in spleen samples, and I highly recommend this antibody for immune profiling studies.
