Ghost Dye violet 510 is a viability dye to differentiate live and dead cells. We used it to exclude dead cells and sort for live cells in our immune profiling studies using spleen and tumor samples through FACS analysis.

This dye was used to exclude dead cells and sort for live cells in our immune profiling studies using spleen and tumor samples through FACS analysis. This dye works well at 1:100 dilution and is resistant to fixatives, permeabilizing agents, and freeze/thawing.
Very good staining agent. Cells can be stored at 4°C after staining for up to 1 week.

This is one of the best dyes that I ever used due to the fact that this dye is stable after treating cells with fixatives.
