Results Summary

My research involves the profiling of immune cells in spleen and tumors. To profile immune cells from crude spleen and tumor samples, we stain these samples with anti-CD45 which is a common antigen expressed in all leukocytes. Using CD45-staining, we will sort leukocytes. This antibody works really well and produces great results with no difficulty in detection and optimization at high dilution.
