This kit is commonly used for plasmid extraction from transformed bacteria pellet. The collected plasmid may be used for other protein purification in bacteria.

(1) Transformed bacteria expressing gene of interest is grown overnight. (2) Centrifuge the bacteria to collect pellet and discard the supernatant. (3) Follow the manufacturer's protocol to extract the plasmid.
RNase must be stored at 4°C
