This centrifuge has been an great addition to the lab. It is very quiet and sometimes it is hard to hear that it is running even though it is right beside my desk. It does very well doing cell separations by gradient centrifugation as well as CPT's. I have been very satisfied with this purchase.

CPT's are spun at 1650 rcf for 15 minutes break off
Make sure you grease the pivots for a silent centrifuge

This is a very reliable centrifuge. I have owned it for over 4 years and it has worked very well. I have never had to get it serviced.
