As an immunology lab, we perform many western blots for protein and signaling analysis. Using primary and HRP secondary antibodies for blotting, we use the ECL Pico substrate for the our Chemiluminescent substrate.
Western Blotting Analysis

Perform routine primary and secondary HRP antibody incubation along with appropriate washes in between. After washing the secondary away, mix 1:1 volume of the peroxide solution (Clear bottle) with the enhancer (Brown bottle). Add the mixed solution onto the membrane for 5 minutes and move around to ensure maximum coverage before acquisition.
Mix 1:1 well.
Signal strength is very durable over time and robust.

Great ECL substrate for most routine abundant proteins. Never have issues capturing targets.
