This tandem antibody is great for fast CD11b staining of macrophages in tissue. Simply apply for 30-60 minutes at RT and then wash 3X in PBS. In summary, This stain works great with minimal off target or background. Cells are bright and clear in the sample with minimal bleaching effect allowing for continuous imaging for longer periods of time.

Primary Incubation

PFA fixed tissue was washed 3X in PBS and blocked for 2 hours at RT with normal donkey serum. Tissue was then incubated 1:200 with AX488 anti -Cd11b for 30-60 minutes at RT. Washed 3X in PBS then confocal imaged.
