Usable Streptavidin BUV805 Antibody

B cells have been shown to play a major role in pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases through presentation of antigen to T cells, production of autoantibodies and inflammatory cytokines that modulate immune responses. On the other hand, B cells act as a regulator through production of regulatory cytokine IL-10, inhibiting pathogenic T cells responses. In this part of the project we wanted to characterize a subset of B cell that express CD1d. It is a small population so using CD1d Biot SA to have a good signal was tried. In parallel, we tried to expand the panel using a SA labeled with a new fluorochrome.
