This was used to induce Wnt signaling in cells amenable to Wnt3a treatment, however activation was far below that seen for L cells secreting Wnt3a.

BM2 cells with a Wnt-GFP reporter
This was dissolved to 0.1 mg/mL and then added to cultures at 1:100 for 24 hours. Activation was measured by GFP signal and compared to conditioned media from L cell Wnt3a.
Use only for specific concentration dependent work, use L cell for other experiments
Protein was able to activate Wnt signaling in 10% of cells, however CM from L cells could activate between 80-100% of cells.
