My team is responsible for the preparation of reagents, cultures, etc. for the undergraduate teaching labs at Brown. Aliquotting is a huge part of what we do, and the Ali-Q is a game changer! It is super simple to use, very ergonomic, and super accurate (I even checked the aliquot weights on the balance!) This pipettor will make our jobs much easier, and lessen the strain on our hands and arms as well.
Reagent/Culture preparation and aliquotting
This pipettor will be used to aliquot reagents and cultures for many undergraduate laboratories at Brown University.
Use the purple aliquotting button to deliver pre-set aliquots... the other buttons can be used as a normal electronic pipettor.
The pre-set aliquotting button makes aliquotting a breeze! The pipettor is also compatible with most serological pipettes
