Product Name:

Anti-human CD25 FITC

Catalog Number:

356106

Human peripheral T cells were stimulated with staphylococcus enterotoxin B and activation read out by CD25 staining. The antibody was bright and had a dynamic signal.

Results Summary

Primary human PBMC were stimulated with SEB for 3 days and T cell activation was determined by CD25 staining. The antibody does give a very bright and dynamic signal. (Blue histogram=unstim, Orange histogram=TLR7 agonist.) The antibody can be used at 1/5 of the recommended test size (1 µL/test instead of 5 µL/test) and still delivers a very dynamic signal.
