Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. One of our interests is to see how TCF1 expression may change due to different treatments we give the mice. This antibody is bright enough that we can see the expression using intracellular staining.

Mouse lung cells
Cells were stained in 50 µL Perm buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
